Q. I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order. What should I do now?
A. Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your order number
- The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective item
- The serial number found on the product tag, or product packaging
- Pictures, if applicable
We will follow up on this closely and give you a satisfactory answer within 2 working day!
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Please drop us a mail at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Shipping address and delivery time slot
We will revert to you within 2 working days.
Q. What is your delivery policy?
A. We use SingPost SmartPac to deliver the orders. We aim to deliver your purchase(s) within 3-5 working days. Do note that we only delivery within Singapore currently.

Q. What forms of payment methods do you offer and is there any delivery charges?
A. You can easily make payment via Paypal.
A delivery charge of $10 will apply for deliveries within Singapore mainland.
However, you can avoid paying for delivery charges by picking up the order at any of our 9 shops which are conveniently located near MRT stations:
